Time of Delivery:
Pro Supply Depot™ will ship any order the same day if received by 9:00 a.m. EST. All other in stock orders will ship within 24 hours. Pro Supply is not responsible for any damage resulting from a delay in filling orders or shipping.
Returned Goods:
• Returns must be authorized in advance.
• Indicate on all paperwork and packages the Return Authorization (RGA) number that way supplied by Pro Supply Depot™.
• Include a copy of your invoice and packing list.
• The customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Shortage, Damage and Proof of Delivery:
• Delivery is F.O.B. shipping point. Title of product transfers upon delivery to carrier at point of shipment.
• In case of damage or shortage, notify the delivering transportation agent and file a claim immediately.
• All claims must be made within 30 days.
• Pro Supply Depot™ will assist the customer in filing claims for unusual loss.
